      We ship worldwide.

      The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. We take 1-2 business days to ship the ready items that we have in stock. Custom orders take 3-7 working days to be made and shipped.

      Orders over $300 EU include free shipping within Europe. Local and country tax may apply.

      Orders over $500 EU include free shipping all around the world. Local and country tax may apply.

      Although we are doing our best for you to avoid extra charges,buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes and other levies may apply.We have no control over these charges. We are not able to give you any information about the cost that would be, as customs policies and import duties  vary widely from country to country.

      Please check the local laws and regulations regarding import before buying. You should contact your local customs office for current charges before to order, hereby you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting.

      Wildandshine is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the postal service or being held at customs (for international). We will do everything in our power to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by postal service.

      *In case that the shipment hasn’t been successfully delivered to the address due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, such as phone number, address, etc. or if the buyer for some reason decided not to accept the parcel, the shipment will be returned at the expense of the buyer. We will keep shipping costs both ways from the total amount of the order that we have to refund once we receive the return.

      3-10 working days inside EU, 10-21 working days outside EU.

      Tired of waiting? No problem, we can send express. We know, it’s a bit more expensive than the standard but definitely worth it. EU delivery time is 1-2 days, worldwide 2-3 days to your door, with timing that suits you the best. Feel free to message us and we find the best offer for you.

      Returns & Changes

      We know it’s hard to buy things on the internet and customer satisfaction is our goal. In the event that any unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged item does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit (less shipping costs) or exchange, subject to item availability, within 7 days of the date you receive the package. The date you received the item will be determined by your tracking number.

      TO RETURN items purchased on

      • Send us an email to, with the reason for the return and how you would like to proceed (refund, store credit, exchange, etc).
      • In case of any manufacturing issues,we apologize for any inconvenience. Please send us an email including the clear photographs/videos of your piece, highlighting the problematic areas.Along with the photographs, please describe, in detail the issues you are experiencing with your order.Issues with the fabric, tightness, looseness, or any rips or holes? Be specific


      We accept your return if the purchased items are returned in their original condition:

      • having all the original product authenticity tags still attached
      • having all textile labels still attached
      • products have not been washed or altered in any way and do not show any signs of use, such as stains, marks, spots or damage.


      *Returns are usually handled within 3 business days from the time we receive it but we reserve the right to take up to 10 business days to process the return.

      *Customers are responsible to pay the return shipping on all returns.If there is a mistake on our part, your returned or exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you. We will gladly pick up your cost of shipping that item back to us just to show we are sorry.

      *If it is a customized product we can`t accept returns because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,we also can’t accept returns for items which were bought on sale.

      *Items purchased and used for a photo/video shoot or event without prior consent are not eligible for return of any kind.

      *Please use a trackable form of shipping so there is proof of delivery for your own protection. If we do not receive it and you do not have tracking proving that we did receive it, no credit will be issued.

      *Please follow the instructions before turning the product and make sure we confirm your returning or exchange process.All returned items must be approved before being mailed back.Do not send your product back without contacting us,otherwise you will not be able to refund your purchase.We will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions stated in our return policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address at the customer’s expense .

      *Store credit never expires and can be used on any time.

      Refunds will be processed within one week of receipt of returned items. Refunds for orders paid by credit card will appear on the client’s next billing statement. Orders paid by Paypal will be refunded to the original account within 7 days.
